Work pattern change reasons appear as a dropdown list when adding a new work pattern to a staff profile. These options can be added to, edited or deleted by Admin users. 


To configure Work Pattern Change Reasons, go to Configure -> Leave -> Work Pattern Change Reasons. Click 'Add Work Pattern Change Reason' to add a new type of reason to the dropdown list. To prevent a change reason appearing in the dropdown list, select Edit and deselect the enabled option.

HR Admins can also configure any dropdown lists by clicking on the Tool icon that is displayed adjacent to it.
