Create User Accounts in bulk
HR Admins can create User Accounts for staff in bulk.
Go to Quick Search on the top menu, click into it and press Return or Enter. That will list all contacts in your CiviHR site. Select the staff records for which you would like user accounts to be added. Go to the Actions dropdown, select ‘Create User Accounts’ and follow on screen instructions.
HR Admins must make sure they disable User Accounts when staff members leave, or are no longer required to access their CiviHR site.
