All Staff, Managers and HR Admins have access to the Staff Calendar, that shows when their colleagues have booked time off. Staff and Managers can access it from their SSP on My Leave -> Calendar tab.
You can click leave type on the legend at the bottom of the screen to filter by particular leave types.
When staff click a colleague's leave request, they only see the name of the leave type, and the leave duration. Managers and HR Admins can click leave blocks to see the details of leave requests.
