The Documents feature allows you to upload copies of any requested documents such as passports or signed contracts.
To view document tasks assigned to you, click the Task tab on the SSP. Scroll down to see the Documents block. The block is only displayed if your HR Admin has assigned any Document uploads to you.
Clicking on the Document Type displays a popup with more details about the upload request. To upload a copy of the document, click the Upload button and select the file from your computer. Fill in other relevant data into the popup and save. The HR Admin will get an email notification informing them that you have uploaded the requested document. They can then review the uploaded document, and mark it as Approved or Rejected.
