HR Admin can look up a staff member’s leave entitlement, balance, and approved, rejected, expired, open or cancelled leave requests for any absence period. Clicking on the > icon under the Report heading on the Leave tab expands all leave records under that accordion. HR Admin can review, update or delete leave requests from this screen. Click on the vertical ellipsis to edit, cancel or delete a request.
Each staff member sees this same report on the ‘My Leave’ page of their own Self Service Portal.
