HR Admins can record contact and demographic information about the staff member on the Personal Details tab.
- Contact details: Phones, email addresses and postal addresses. Any phone numbers and email addresses marked 'Work' are listed on the Staff Directory in the Self Service Portal for the convenience of all staff.
- Demographic information: Gender, date of birth and age (auto-calculated)
- Extended demographics: Nationality, marital status, whether visa is required
Open the Staff Profile where you would like to update contact and demographic information. Go to the Personal Details tab. Click into any block where you would like to add or update information. HR Admins can edit all blocks at one go by clicking the Edit button on the Staff Profile header.
HR Admins can add new fields to record more information about staff by using Custom Fields.
