CiviHR is shipped with some built-in Document Types for the convenience of HR Admins. This list is completely configurable. HR Admins can add new Document Types, and modify or delete the ones that are not required.

Editing Document Types

  • Click on the Tool icon. 
  • Click on Add Activity Type button. 
  • Select Category as 'Document'. 
  • Add the Document Type name in the Label field. 
  • Click Save. 
  • Alternatively, go to Configure -> Tasks -> Tasks and Document Types and go through the above process.
